For example, design hardening heating total power 2750kw, separate into 3 modules, one module is preheat module, rated power 1000kw, frequency 1000Hz, 2nd module is heating module, rated power 1000kw, frequency 1000Hz; 3rd module is average temperature module, rated power 750kw, frequency 2500Hz; 3 modules combination finish hardening and heating, and then finish hardening by spraying water. If design tempering heating total power 1800kw, separate into 2 modules, one is heating module, rated power is 990kw, frequency 1000Hz, another is heat preservation annealing module, rated power 900kw, frequency 1000Hz; total power of 2 modules is 4550kw, combine and finish tempering heating and heat preservation.
